Mine does the same thing. When I'm getting ready, she whimpers and when I holder her she is ok. But it's hard to hold her and put make up on as you can imagine. But I think the little cutie knows that I'm leaving for the day. Even at night when I'm getting ready to go out, and take her with me, she thinks I'm leaving her. So anytime I look like Im getting ready, she whimpers.
