Puppy is 11 weeks old and 4 lbs. She's had him about 5 days. He started having mucous in his poop and diarrhea yesterday and lethargic. She took him to the vet last night and he was tested for parvo which was negative, stool sample was negative for parasites and he was also given iv fluid for dehydration. She was given an antibiotic but was never really told what could be wrong. He ate breakfast but has now been lethargic again. Any ideas??
