maybe someone should inform those people how to handle a yorkie before they kill the poor dog! yanking one around on a collar and leadh can at the very least cause the collapsed trechea!! maybe a yorkie book could appear in thei rmailbox with info about the breed! or just tell them if you can't properly care for the dog or don't have time for it i will take it! poor dog!
