akc does not rec. chocolate yorkies they are not really "rare" or worth more they are a colour abnormality and overdose of the red gene if i'm correct kind of like a albino i guess you could somewhet compare it to! but they shouldn't be sold for a higher price than any other yorkie or advertised rare that's just a trick to jack up the prices! i say keep looking.
