Congratulations! I am glad all went well for you. Make sure Mom is drinking lots of fluids and this will help in the production of milk. Low sodium chicken broth can be given to encourage more fluid intake. The puppies will be getting colostrum at this point (thick creamy substance) and the nursing will help let the milk now.

Some feed this recipe or a variation to encourage milk production:

16 ounces of water (hot enough so the Gelatin will dissolve)
1 pkg Knox Gelatin
15 ounces evaporated milk (I put in 1 can)
2 tbs vanilla yogurt
2 egg yolks (a whisk really helps get this mixed in) discard the whites
2 tbs white corn syrup

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let sit in fridge until thick. Spoon as needed.
