I take Phoebe EVERYWHERE, including Target. I have never gotten caught. She is very quiet and doesn't move. Sometimes a customer will see her through her ventilation and ask if there is a puppy in there, etc. but I have never gotten caught. DH even takes her places in her carrier when I'm not around. We don't do restaurants tho.
