I just got back from the vet, and I feel better. She took a sample of fluid from one of the spots and looked at it under the microscope. It was a clear fluid, she said she didn't see anything to warn cancer or anything. She wants me to watch it for a few weeks and she will call me to see if it has gone down or gone completely. She thinks it was a reaction to the shot in one spot and the other was from a shot they give before the spay(not sure what, I forgot to ask). I feel much better, I am so glad I took her. Plus they had to check her incision from the spay too, Lily pulled her stitches out the day after she was spayed(I had called and they said if not gapping open, ok) and everything there looked great. So hopefully the spots will disappear within the next few weeks.
