I am a Christian. I was born and raised Methodist, met my husband who was born and raised Episcopalian, we married in the Episcopal Church and now we attend the Episcopal Church. But, the denomination doesn't matter much to me. I believe in the Bible. And I don't believe that you have to go to church to be a good Christian, but I like surrounding myself with Christians, no matter what the denomination might be. God loves EVERYONE, no matter what religion or denomination, or lack thereof, you are. The Bible tells us that EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE, will all be in Heaven one day. "One day every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess you are Lord." However, the greatest treasure remains for those who gladly chose the Lord now. |
