I saw this on the dog whisper and it worked for me. When I sweep or mop I stood in between the broom or mop, and the dog... I just stood there and he tried to get around me to get to the broom... i would pivot around and put my foot in front of him so he couldn't get it... like I'm saying this is my broom... you can't have it. It took about 15 min and then he realized he wasn't getting it. If he tried to get it while I was sweeping I would stop and do the same thing...He now will watch me sweep... keeps a good distance and just over sees my work LOL!
