If dogs were only $200 here I would probably buy one every month!
My bf's mom said that in the Philippines the dogs are free! Probably no papers and all, and I don't think they have a breeding program as strong as AKC or anything, but I could be wrong. Anyways, for free! When I do visit the Philippines hopefully I'll be able to bring one back
