Don't be too alarmed! Yorkies come in so many shades of color, to itty bitty to chunky monkeys. Long snout/short snort/big ears/little ears. I seen some be completely silver by 5 months and some still be dark at 2 years old like mine.
I have a cotton coat so that always throws some people off. She is not the normal silky coat and looks like a Ewok/Chewbaca from Star Wars the longer her hair. She is 7lbs but her sister is 3lbs. Kinda like a box of chocolate- you never quite know what you are going to get.
Some things are standard of course and it seems like if they don't look exactly the same, some think you have something different. But post a picture so we can see!
