I am glad to know that your way is obviously the best!! Actually if you want to get "technical" I am doing the correction-praise thing!! Yanking on their collar isn't exactly a nice method in my opinion and THAT is a HUGE no-no for ME!! (collapsed tracheas,herniated discs) Call me medically cautious if you will This does not harm them in any way, which I cannot say about your particular method.
