I had to parallel park when I got my license X# years ago in Florida but when my son went to get his license, he just had to pull into a parking spot. I haven't taken any seeing/hearing/driving test forever!!!
I simply mail them the money and they renew my license with a little sticker that attaches to the back of my license......it last six years.
