Are puppies allowed in any stores in a carrier? Obviously not restaurants and stuff, but I've been wondering since I've gotten Howie. I mean, I take him places all the time (even Target) in the carrier, and no one has ever said anything. But, who knows. Sometimes employees don't care enough anyway, hehe. They just think he's cute!!
