They are both adopted abandoned Yorkies. We have had Sadie for 16 months now. Its like having a puppy around, it seems us taking her in gave her a ne lease of life. Someone just threw her out of a car one evening. Someone saw her and took her in to an SPA (a rescue center). She was ther for 3 weeks, scared, shaking, hungry. She weighed 1.5kg. She was seen by a lovely couple who run a small rescue center and they took her out of that other overcrowded horrible cage and called us as we were looking for a small dog. She's doing really well now. Up to a proper weight, almost housetrained but needs crating. But she is terrified of anything electrical.

Alfie was either a runaway or abandoned. Our money is on abandoned because he has a heart condition. We've had him for nearly 3 months now. he's doing ok, but still having roblems with him. He has separation anxiety. He now hates going to be and hides in the garden at night. So I have to go looking for him with a torch. Might start taking him out on a lead.

Thanks for all your lovely comments.
