Chewy does this too... he just has to see out I guess... Some time he will lay down if he is really tired but as soome as he hears a loud noise he is up again. i guess he is just too nosey!!!!
Not to mention that people come out of the wood work to pet him and say hi. I guess I can't blame them, he is such a handsome little boy!!!!
