We didn't always feed Jo canned food, just dry, but we wanted to suppliment him with something else while he's teething, it seemed like he was having a little trouble breaking the hard food right now. We'd also like him to put on some weight and thought the canned might help and it also provides a little variety so he doesn't get bored with his food. Feeding dry or canned is simply a choice, some only feed dry, some will mix it up and some only feed canned. Some brands may affect the stool but we haven't seen any difference in Jo since he started eating the Wellness canned food. |
