Why don't you get in touch with someone who does day-care in their home. My daughter has a day-care business and she has fees for full-time, part-time and by the hour. The by the hour are the highest rates. I'm sure if she did it over the weekend when she normally isn't open she would charge more than her week-day rates. Hope this helps!
