Im not sure what else is on the DS Lite..like a calender or whatever. I never really play games either..but you do need to buy games seperately. This game will keep you occupied for a loooooooong time im sure!! Its very easy to learn and play...if my 8 year old can do it..anyone can lol...I say go for it...but please dont blame me when you get addicted..k?
