I just love these threads , as a groomer for almost 30 years I can tell you that your groomer deserves a tip. If you like her and she treats your dog nice why not show her how much you appreciate her. I have gotten tips anywhere from 0 to $100.00 but a nice tip is about $5.00 to $10.00. I can also tell you that the Holiday season is coming up and we get so busy but all of my great tipping clients will always be taken care of even if I have to work extra long hours. I do understand that some people can not afford to tip, but then it is nice to hear how much they do appreciate the job I do for them. I have clients that come as far as two hours away just to get their dogs groomed. You would think they could find a groomer closer.
Trust is a big issue, we just can't leave our babies with just anyone......
This Holiday season make up for the year if you have not been tipping with a nice check or cash in a Christmas card. Happy Holidays.
