take her to the vet to see if they can do something if she is preg she's to small to have babies and the neighbor should be at least 1/2 responsible for the cost of taking care of it.
there's no way in the world i wouldn't notice my yorkies not in my yard! they are out of my sight for more then a few minutes then i will go searching!!! but how did the dog get in your house and yard?
