Toto has been wearing a collar w/a bell from the day he came home its not tight either its actually pretty loose. And when we take him for walks we leave it on we just use a harness. I don't think that the collar is doing anything wrong because its not tight at all its actually probably save himself from getting stepped on since the we can hear the bell where ever he goes.
