So I put some Nutri Stat on my finger & hid the pill in it. She licked it all up. She had a quiet night, so we'll see how today goes. I was told to wet down her food for a couple of days.
I was also surprised at the tiny incision (it's not even as big as a dime). My friends' yorkie had a 3 inch cut!
So glad to read she had a good night last night. With that many teeth pulled on top of the surgery for the spay, she will probably not feel herself for a few days. I'm no expert here but I don't see where feeding her some soft food for the next couple of days will hurt - I'd wet down her dry food to where it's soft, but still a tad bit "crunchy" and mix it in with maybe some rice or chicken. Please continue to keep us posted on how your little one is doing!
