I am so sorry it happened. I know the conditions of puppies sold in Malaysia because that is where I am from. Most of the time, adopting a puppy and getting an older dog from the shelter could be healthier than a purebred sold there unless you are looking in to paying like 3k-4k. Its crazy I know but its a different country with a different story. I think you should contact your breeder and see if he can provide you another pup and go to the vet and have a general check-up as soon as you got the new pup. I know Little Tara will always be in your heart but I think you shouldn't let the breeder off so easily and maybe having another pup as replacement can help you through. I know she will never be replaced like what Jessy_RN2B said but you know what we mean. *hugs* If there is anything, you can always chat with me. I will be there k? If you are looking in to a better breeder, I can help you with that also. I know it is too early to say this but just in case you need one, you know you can count on me. Take care of yourself k?
A lot of Malaysian puppies have parvo. It is sad to say but this is how it is there. I know it is not fair to compare a dog's life in Canada and there but if I were to compare, it is heaven and ....
