You're right about the booties. Simpler is better. There are a lot of fitted booties out there, and all they do is slide around on their feet and make it tough to walk. A simple fleece pouch works great if the snow is not wet. If it is, anything waterproof works. They don't have to be extremely warm, they just need to keep their pads off the cold.

But if Topher loves the snow, that's 3/4 of the battle! Great pics!
