Cats have sensitivities that can be dramatic that dogs and horses don't experience. I wouldn't try it unless you are removing mats not next to the skin and are bathing the cat right away.
Anything put on the skin, will be absorbed into the skin and can cause reactions if there is something in it that isn't going to agree with a cat. |
