Mine sleep with me also and love to hog covers and snuggle and Derek wants to be on the pillow between my hubby and me. We both love them so much it is allowed every night. I have tried to put them in their "beddy by" and make them stay, but I miss them. What did work when I was trying was to cover the crate with a blanket so they couldn't see me or light. That helped with crying. I have read in several books that dogs actually like to have their own space and have often caught mine in the kennel, even though they didn't have to be. Just laying on the bed relaxing with the door open. So maybe them having their own place isn't so bad to them. Maybe the one who wants to sleep together is me. Just a thought to help you get her out if you really need to. Good luck.
