Yorkies looooooooooooove to sleep in bed with their parents, all I can suggest is a bigger bed.
I put a shelf the same length and just as tall as the top of the bed on the wall next to my bed. My bed is right up to their shelf so they can if they want still come on the bed, but they really do enjoy their own beds. I than put all their little beds on the shelf I had made. It works, they have their own bed and can sleep in their beds right next to me. Now everyone sleeps better. I also put hinges on the shelf so I could raise it to the wall to make my bed easier.
