Can't they all be adopted somehow or fostered? I have heard lots of foster families who will foster until they are adopted
I used to adopt dogs from shelters or simply from the street from my home country but since being here and living in a small condo with a new hubby, Siu Pao will be my only dog until hopefully in the future, I would be able to foster or adopt again
My home country shelter's last chance dogs don't even get their pictures online like that and it is sad there..the staffs are sad..
makes me cry each time I visit the shelter to volunteer and I still do when I think of it.I really wish I could do something more about issues like this
