I new that title would get your attention. My 8 month old Yorkie doesn't have Altzheimer's, but he does keeps forgetting things! When we first brought Riley home from the breeder at 8 weeks old, it took us 2 weeks to litter box train him. He hasn't had an accident since then, until now. At the end of April, my family and I took a trip to Florida for 6 days. My older brother Eddy who moved out of the house a couple of months ago stayed in the house with Riley while we were gone. Since we got back, he has been having accidents all over the place, and most of the time, he doesn't go in a corner to hide it or anything, he leaves it right out in the open for everyone to see. We are thinking maybe is mad at us that we left him for 6 days. But that was at the end of April. I always thought dogs didn't hold grudges. Maybe I was wrong. Does anyone have any idea why Riley is suddenly having accidents or how to stop him?
