Hey I was wondering what peoples experiences with a Farouk CHI Infusion ceramic flat iron is (I just bought the slim 1 inch model) were? I've heard great things and bad things. I've heard it works amazingly well and I've heard the plates fall off after a year and CHI customer service doesn't try to help and are overall horrible. Any personal experience? Thanks in advice Ladies
