You get used to the water - also, not everbody needs 8 glasses a day - You might need to cut back to 5 and then build up slowly if you can. When I begain Weight Watcher's, one of the things they stressed is that you have to take your own body's needs into consideration. For example, some people just need more carbs than others, and others need more protein. I love WW because I was never hungey and never felt uncomfortable. I don't see why you should either - Maybe your kidneys can't deal with that much water. Maybe you should think about cutting back and see if you lose weight. I lost 30 pounds on WW about 5 years ago, and have since modified it to suit my lifestyle and needs and have maintained that weight loss.
Good luck - it's as hard thing to commit to a diet.
