I do not know anyone in my area as I have a horse farm and rarely get off of it to meet dog people. I have many horse friends dispersed through out my state and cannot see them being able to get away to stage a formal protest any more than I can. This is not an excuse it is a fact of life, I simply do not have the time or resources to do this type of thing.
