romeo doesn't have fleas or ticks. it's just preventative. i'm mad because i used a whole tube and it wasn't drying. when i called the 800 number they said i should have only used half. but the directions said for under 15lbs use an entire tube. i had to rinse it off. he was like an oil slick.
