My latest problem is when Penny gets a hold of something she is not suppose to have, she runs from you. There is no way I can catch her, she's tooooooo fast! Plus I know its not a good thing to do. She will come to you most of the time, but not when she has something naughty. I'm afraid she will swallow something or eat something bad. I won't use treats to lure her because thats rewarding her. I have to use a toy or something she might want insteed. How should this be handled correctly.
