Oh sweetie I am so sorry to hear this. My Golden retiver was limping really bad today. I felt just like you. I Called my vet and asked if I should bring her in. She was just limping I could not find anything wrong and I went over it alot. She didn't even act like it hurt. I was lucky to have some remadle left from another dog and the vet said it was ok to give her. They thought i could keep an eye on her over night and if she was no better by the AM to bring her in.
At least call the vet if not take your baby to the ER vet.
