Just today .... I had to go to the bank and this being a new town .... who knew?? The Wells Fargo is in the grocery store????? God, I miss civilization!!!
Anyway, my first bank [Alpine Bank] had drive-thru .... it was great ... they even gave Toto a little bone [she turned her nose up at it, but it was a sweet gesture]. Then I followed the signs to our other bank .... it was in the store .... I was able to park where I could see my car. The bank was busy & I kept looking out the window and began to realize I looked like a bank robber!! When it came my turn, I explained to the teller that I didn't realize they were in a store [Patrick usually takes care of these errands but is out of town] .... I told the teller that I had to leave my little Yorkie in the car .... she told me next time to bring her in!!
She said that unless I had to shop for groceries, that it was OK to bring her to the bank ... they are in the front of the store! Whew .... I just never leave her in the car and am considering getting a new car without the convertible top .... if she had to be in there, someone could just slash the top and grab her! I don't care about the car but I would die if my baby got stolen!!
