Hmmm, maybe it was a dog lover that was ANGRY that the pup was in the car so long so they took it to teach a lesson!.....I hope I dont come off as a bad person, but this summer I was tempted to do this when I saw 2 dogs left in over 100 degree temps in the car.....I instead decided to call the police...
