Sorry for your bad experience! I'm going thru the same thing right now. We ordered backup cell phone batteries/chargers and paid 3 weeks ago and still haven't received anything. We emailed them about the status and the a-hole replied "Don't worry. You'll get what you paid for". Are you freaking kidding me?!? Jerk.
