I can only HOPE some day they regulate the laws better - We should try to concentrate on better inspections and MORE Inspectors because the amount of mills is increasing and we're seeing more and more mass breeders/BROKERS like Jeff Dane of yorkiepups.com - big operations that mass sell for huge profit - there is just NO WAY they're being watched close enough...I wish there was a limit on the amounts of puppies one operation can sell but it seem this country doesn't put a value on Canine life......
we CLAIM Dogs are man's best friend - but how many people keep their BEST Friends in Cold/hot Wire CAGES 24/7 ?
