Yup and I get his attention and point to it and praise him. I also tried putting the poop on the pads. Also at my moms house, Gizmo goes in a dog run on the side of the garage. There was always poop in there (not a lot, just like a day or twos worth then it would get cleaned). Rocky would go in there every morning, lunchtime, and before we went home. He would even watch Gizmo poop in there, and see me praise Gizmo (even though Gizmo is potty trained). He would still poop in the house.
