Today i went to the vet to talk about Hailey's spaying surgery which is scheduled to be next Tuesday.Then i asked them an estimated price for the surgery and you know how much they said it'll cost me?They said it goes from a low total of $450.00 up to $500.00!!!!!!I was in shock !!!!! I think it's ridiculous! This is their estimates.Let me know what you think about it.
OVARIOHYSTERECTOMY=$81.10
ANESTHESIA-SEVOFLOURANE PER HOUR=$101.00
ANESTHESIA-PROPOFOL PER ML=$28.00
PRE-OP SEDATION=$27.00
METACAM 10 ML=$26.15
PREANESTHETIC BLOODWORK=$72.00
TOTAL=$335.25
THE REST IS EXTRA STUFF:

EXTRACT DECIDUOUS TEETH(4 )=$60.00 (THERE COULD BE MORE TEETH TO BE EXTRACTED THOUGH)
HOMEAGAIN MICROCHIP =$70.40
ELIZ.COLLAR BLUE RECOVERY =$15.25
Does she really need to have all of this stuff done for the surgery and post op?Based on your experience with your babies,is there anything i could do without? Thank you for any advice you can give me.
