I'm also going to talk to my vet further about the Ontario Veterinarian College, she mentioned she might be able to open a complaint for me there. Oh and I talked to a Police Officer as well, but he said they couldn't do anything, I'd have to file a complaint with the Ontario Veterinarian College.
Does anyone think I should write a letter to the Senior Vet who runs the vet office she works at?
Thanks again for everyone's support, and suggestions!

If the Senior Vet runs the place, I would send a Certified Letter of Complaint to her.....make sure it has to be signed for. Also, if there is a process at the University to file a complaint...then I would do that too. That is big.....it is like the Bureau of Legal Responsibility for Attorney's in the US. It is really big.....and it does leave it on their record.....which is very appropriate in this case.
Good Luck
