I will pay what ever it takes as long as there is a chance to recover. When Gus was attacked last year, vets said that it didn't look good at all, but it wasn't good enough for me. The bill was $886, (which the owners of the other dog paid back) Thank God he didn't need surgery or it would have been about 1,200 more. But if it would have come down to it, I would say do it! I would max out all my cards if I needed to.
