It is really simple to make a dog, especially a yorkie, a service animal. Then you never have the problem again. In fact, most of the yorkies on here probably already qualify if they have any training at all, and if the onwer has any "disability" which can range from occasional severe headaches, high blood pressure, minor hearing loss, to the deaf and blind.
