Do people here put collars on their dogs and leave them on all the time? If so, do you leave it on when they are wearing their harness? Isn't it dangerous to have a collar on?  Even when the pups are playing, they tug on each other's top knots, clothing or whatever - I can't imagine the fun they would have pulling on each other's collars! 
Just looking for advice and opinions from you folks with experience in this..

Mine keep collars on all the time but, they have harnesse's for when I take them for a walk. I've not had any problems when they are playing with them pulling on each other's collars.
