When she decided she wanted to be a geisha... My hubby was like... Hmmm I don't think so... lol But its a beautiful costume and an amazing idea on her part, where ever it came from??? Here explanation was that she found them to be very beautiful.. and she's right, they are... so for their beauty... I saw no reason she could not choose this for her costume. Daddy fell into line... albeit not happily... lol

We had a ball doing Kate's costume this year!!! Its so much fun trying to top the year before!!! I was in theater for years so I really enjoy doing elaborate costumes and make up on her... She got lots of ohhhs and ahhhs and was really pleased with the reactions of all the neighborhood residents who filled up her bag with treats!

I am going to gain 20lbs eating all of her candy!!! lol I think weight watchers invented Halloween!!! Or at least the tradition of giving out candy on Halloween! lol
