You could try to set up 2 yahoo messenger accounts. Let account "A" to start the webcam, go to Messenger --> Preferences ---> and set "allow only" account B to view webcam. You could take a peak at Sparky-S.

Required DSL @ home, web cam, and a cheap laptop with wireless. Also make sure your employer allow to use messenger.
