I'd look in the health section or do a search, Im sure there are a lot of threads on this topic.
This is very common in Yorkies and other small breeds. Their baby teeth don't always fall out naturally so sometines you have to get them pulled.
Ranger had two sets for a while, but they fell out mostly during play (tug of war). We were waiting to see if they would all fall out or not and if not then have them pulled when he gets neutered.
