Last night when I was brushing Sydney's teeth I noticed something very strange. It appears that her baby teeth are not falling out and the adult teeth are coming in right behind them. In the front top (about 6 teeth) she has a double set and she also has a double set of the lower pointy teeth.

Am I going to have to have these pulled...or can she just have 2 sets? They don't seem to be bothering her...but boy does it look freeky. This has to have happened REALLY recently b/c I'm in her mouth brushing all the time and I've never noticed this before. Plus she was just at the vet last week for her spaying...you would think that they would have noticed since they had to put a tube in.

Anybody have any advice? I'm afraid that if I ask the vet they will tell me that I have to have them pulled regardless...and I really don't want to put her through that if I don't have to.
